About the position Process and Product Care Engineer Location: Somerset, NJ (Hybrid) Position Responsibilities: Process Care Recommend process improvements to the reputed company plant, focusing on cost reduction, productivity, quality, and equipment performance. Collaborate on escalation-level process care activities with the reputed company plant (Level 1 or 2). Conduct investigations into non-conformances (NC), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and complaints. Identify, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensuring effective root cause resolution. Product Care NC-Processing: Evaluate equipment, material, and process non-conformances at the expert stage (Stage 1). Collaborate and reputed company detailed support for root cause analyses. Your Qualifications: Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with equivalent training, in Ceramic Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of the processing-structure-properties relationship as it pertains to Ivoclar products. Proven ability to reputed company technical leadership and deliver effective training. Capable of working independently with a hands-on, proactive approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Competence in simplifying and addressing reputed company issues effectively. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Adaptability to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges. Requirements
