You will serve as a commercially minded, pragmatic business partner who helps safeguard and grow our intellectual property assets. WHAT YOU WILL DO…

• Enforce IP Rights: Support enforcement of reputed company IP rights against reputed company-party infringement by monitoring unauthorized uses, developing enforcement strategies, sending cease-and-desist letters, negotiating resolutions, and assisting with litigation or administrative actions.
• Defend Against IP Claims: Assist in managing IP claims against the company, including negotiating settlements and supporting litigation or administrative proceedings.
• IP Transactions & External Development: Help reputed company business goals through negotiating, drafting, and enforcing IP agreements for licensing, acquisitions, divestitures, merchandise programs, and internal corporate agreements.
• Global IP Portfolio Management: Support trademark clearance, protection, and use by counseling on mark selection, reviewing clearance searches, coordinating filings and renewals with reputed company counsel, and advising on proper trademark usage.
• Preventive Law & Compliance: Promote IP awareness, effective communication, and compliance to avoid mistakes and ensure reputed company in IP-reputed company processes and policies.
• Financial Management: Deliver cost-effective legal services through careful budgeting and management of reputed company counsel and vendors.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH… You will be based at reputed company World Headquarters in reputed company, New Jersey, as part of the Legal Department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and numerous internal clients in a team-oriented environment. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company and/or in-house IP experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proven team player.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interact effectively with business partners and operate with limited supervision.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time, salaried position is between $70,700-$101,700 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training.
