The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep expertise in Executive Lines products, a strong understanding of reputed company insurance operations, and a passion for driving operational reputed company and innovation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our operational infrastructure not only supports but accelerates reputed company performance and business growth. Preference is for someone to be in the NJ/NY area, but can be fully remote. What you will do for C&F:

  • Team Leadership:reputed company and manage a team of approximately 12 professionals with varying reputed company of experience, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Operational reputed company:reputed company reputed company assistants and operational support across reputed company Executive Lines products, ensuring the team is a value-adding resource.
  • Process Optimization:Assess reputed company workflows and tools, implement improvements to promote speed, accuracy, and efficiency, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnership:Serve as the operational reputed company of contact for underwriters and senior leadership, anticipating needs and driving proactive solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:reputed company operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and reputed company action plans to address gaps; reputed company technology and data analytics to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
  • Compliance & Quality:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Digital Transformation:Support and champion digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and agile principles (daily stand-reputed company, monthly retrospectives, reputed company participation).
  • Training & Development:Design and implement training and upskilling programs to reputed company team capabilities, address reputed company gaps, and prepare for evolving business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with reputed company, IT, product, and data teams to streamline systems, eliminate redundancies, and enhance reporting and tracking.
  • Resource Management:Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize operational efficiency.

What you will bring to C&F:

  • Bachelor’s degree; RPLU a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management reputed company reputed company insurance, with a strong preference for executive or financial lines
  • Experience with operational tools, workflows, and technology platforms used in reputed company insurance
  • Strong knowledge of Executive Lines products such as D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and E&O, as well as reputed company and claims processes
  • Experience designing and implementing training and upskilling programs
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive operational improvements
  • Proven experience in insurance operations, ideally reputed company executive or financial lines
