• Team Leadership & Development

• Creative Ideation Process

Build and manage a structured process for sourcing, testing, and iterating creative reputed company. Work closely with Creative Managers to continuously identify and scale top-performing creatives.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on management of $1M+ monthly advertising budgets.
