Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Business Development Manager to join reputed company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage in strategic opportunities, developing new clients, and driving new capabilities into reputed company accounts. reputed company and sustain client executive relationships through market-facing activities, meetings, presentations, business networking, and/or other business or reputed company events. Essential Qualifications
Proven track record in business development and program management supporting and leading marketing, capture, and/or program execution in federal government contracting work. Exceptional communications and relationship-building skills, with experience facing federal government civilian and military customers. Proven experience in developing, capturing, and growing new business in an organization with diverse programs, with specific reputed company in marketing new business and client areas to attain new opportunities and win competitive procurements. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or technical discipline, with a minimum of 10 years reputed company experience with DoD or federal government agencies. High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience from both the government and industry perspective is highly desired. Strong facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
