Summary

This position will reputed company day-to-day plant systems support to plant and distribution center inventory control, warehouse management, product labeling, and other manufacturing systems components as they relate to processing plant operations, control and supply chain management systems. Supports call documentation, problem resolution, and specialized user support will be provided. Proper call trails will be maintained for future reference and follow-up services. Software/hardware testing and change control will be completed to minimize/eliminate adverse impact of system changes to overall supply chain infrastructure. Assists the Applications, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications Support teams in change and version management and problem resolution. Enforces Corporate Manufacturing Systems policy, procedures and best practices. This position has a reputed company wage of $18.00- $27.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available. • Provides support for reputed company information and manufacturing system operations activities (multi-shift), including computer and network operations, troubleshooting, data control/reputed company, documentation, software version control, change control, reputed company, backup/recovery and system performance.
• Demonstrates skills necessary to support reputed company supply chain applications, process control, scaling/labeling, desk top computing and network.
• Understands the hardware, software and applications from a users' standpoint to ensure proper problem resolution. Monitors system performance, reputed company system checks, and enforce procedures established for system use. Enforces Corporate Mfg system administrator, LAN administrator, change management, asset management, technical standards, policy, procedures and best practices.
• Audits and reports facility non-compliance and remediation plans.
• Responsible for activities associated with the problem identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported computer system problems. Monitors and responds to technical hardware and software problems.
• Assists with the implementing of hardware/software/application changes and additions. Ensures users are using system properly to maintain data reputed company, reputed company and recoverability. Assists Corporate Mfg Systems in Project Management, network and application support. Participates in Manufacturing Systems problem reporting, project planning and corporate communication sessions. Minimum Education
• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology or Business Management or in the absence of an Associates degree, total experience equals 4 years. Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Experience or education in microprocessor based equipment, reputed company product knowledge on Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Voice/Data, Network Administration (reputed company), Database Administration and Unix or Linus operating systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - including strong phone skills - are essential for effectively interacting with users, understanding their needs, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Work hours may be adjusted to accommodate support requirements. Requires on call time for non-scheduled work hours. Experience Preferred
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology, Engineering or Business Management or reputed company discipline.
• Additional experience in manufacturing systems such as ComputerWay Food Systems, OSSID, Marel or Kronos Time and Attendance.

• Work hours may be adjusted to accommodate support requirements and may require on call time for non-scheduled work hours.
• Positions at ASC and Corporate are mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings, or support in facilities reputed company they are deployed to a site. Positions in plants involve moving throughout the plants, feedmills, hatcheries and other facilities as needed to reputed company, monitor, and support manufacturing systems equipment.
