Technical Content Designer, Customer Service – Global Entertainment Leader

We're seeking a talented Technical Content Designer with a strong technical background to join our Customer Service Content Strategy team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the support experience for our members and customer service agents. Your expertise will help us create clear, concise, and engaging content that makes it easy for customers to find and use information about arenaflex's services and features.

The Role

As a Technical Content Designer, you'll collaborate closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to edit and manage content for the arenaflex Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company. Your primary focus will be on creating and editing customer service content, including Help Center articles, customer service emails, and other support materials. You'll work on large, reputed company editorial projects, setting content strategy, goals, timelines, and reporting to ensure consistent content style, tone, and format meet the evolving expectations of a global audience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree: In a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing. - 5+ years of relevant experience: In technical or UI writing, with a focus on customer service or highly technical environments for a consumer audience. - Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills: Proven ability to create engaging content, manage reputed company projects, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Extensive technical or UI writing experience: Experience writing for different platforms, including computer, mobile, and TV. - Experience with information architecture and content management systems: Familiarity with content management systems and information architecture principles. - Desired qualities: Independent, self-starter, innovative thinker, curious, action-oriented, strong relationship builder, superior communication skills, including storytelling, highly adaptable, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes an annual salary, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. Our compensation reputed company for this role is $50,000 - $190,000.
