Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll serve as an expert resource for our end users, providing outstanding support and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle incoming inquiries and requests across multiple channels, ensuring that our users' needs are met and issues are resolved reputed company. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Prior B2C high-volume support experience, preferably in the gaming or financial services industry.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with users in their preferred language.
