Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences. You will use your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs, providing a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. You will also mentor others as your skillset expands and reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Use your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to reputed company an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentor others as your skillset expands

- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in an area such as retail
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced sales environment
