Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing reputed company and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits and mail-order pharmacies
- Handling an average of 70-80 calls per day, with the ability to take calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens
- Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment to ensure a smooth reputed company process
- Resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and reputed company resolution
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A dedicated workspace with no distractions, with a reliable internet reputed company (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Outlook
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
