Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our Customer Support Associates. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to identify learning gaps and reputed company targeted training solutions that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will reputed company the following tasks:
- Supervise structured learning metrics and reputed company their results for the assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including reputed company learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches.
