Job Summary

As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and incremental sales. You'll work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, engineering, and data science, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Key Responsibilities

• Run reputed company A/B and multivariate testing across emails and journeys to determine incrementality and reputed company reputed company.
• Work with internal product marketing resources to ensure essential technical steps are taken for list selection, segmentation, and tracking.
• Deep dive different data streams to ensure correctness of targeting and build sensitivity models to size opportunity and risk associated with proposed initiatives.
• Collaborate with the experimentation team to craft a strategic reputed company and roadmap for automation and reputed company CRM data to drive personalized and contextual experiences that increase customer engagement.
• Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings.

• Stay up-to-date on email and push best practices, technologies, and trends, and work with data science and experimentation teams to create and implement advanced customer segmentation models to improve audience targeting.

Essential Qualifications

* 7+ years of email and/or direct marketing experience, with a focus on e-reputed company preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree a plus.
• Data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through an reputed company ESP (ideally reputed company).
• Deep understanding of how to reputed company behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization.
• Experience with email optimization and personalization platforms and project management tools (JIRA) required.
