Position Summary The Business Process Consultant plays a pivotal role in the reputed company Cycle Operational Transformation by serving as a subject matter expert and change agent reputed company the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice Operations and reputed company Cycle leadership, project champions, and process owners to reputed company change management initiatives, operationalize key projects and deliver results that are sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable
• Facilitate reputed company meetings, presentations, and trainings with varied audiences across reputed company reputed company of management
• Engage in onsite visits to locations across the United States to collaborate on and resolve reputed company workflow challenges across the Regional Billing Offices and practices
• Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation operational transformation
• Support system training initiatives and participate in curriculum development

Minimum Requirement BS Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills

• Experience leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders
• Subject matter expert in reputed company Cycle Operations (Patient Facing and Non-Patient Facing)
• DX Experience – Agent of change and transformation
• Experience coaching others in process improvement frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Process improvement and workflow development experience
• Data Analysis experience– Identify sources for, gather and analyze data relevant to process change initiatives
