Production Planner Junior

We are in search of a Production Planner to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role managing end-to-end manufacturing processes through our network of suppliers, ensuring adherence, and maintaining up-to-date data and documentation. The ideal candidate is a proactive production planner reputed company in scaling both hardware and software operations. What you’ll be doing:
- reputed company track on operational plans involving multiple partners to ensure on-time delivery for reputed company projects;
- Translate demand needs into short/reputed company term production;
- Regularly liaise with external suppliers to ensure that the production plan is being met;
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to reputed company updates on operational reputed company and delivery timelines, highlighting risks and deviations;
- Create, release, update and monitor Manufacturing Orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and components;
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of both components and lockers while minimizing cost and reducing reputed company times;
- Track and manage inventory reputed company to ensure availability for manufacturing activities at our network of suppliers;
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and industrial team to align delivery schedules with customer orders and expectations.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a reputed company field. Master's degree is a plus;
- 1- 3 years of experience in production management/planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-reputed company industry;
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail;
- High analytical skills;
- A can do attitude and not be afraid to roll up the sleeves to get stuff done;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
- Proficiency in using manufacturing and operational planning and supply chain management software;
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that is constantly changing and adapting;
- Familiarity with reputed company sheets, ERP solutions, Lean/Kaizen manufacturing principles, reputed company improvement methodologies.
It would be great if you would also have:
- Experience with Oddo (ERP) is a plus;
- Experience with batch and serial number definition and control is a plus;
- Prior experience in startups or big-tech environments are reputed company a plus
