Remote Claims & Denials Specialist

This is a fully remote role based in the U.S. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Claims & Denials Specialist will execute high-impact denial recovery processes to help specialty reputed company providers recover lost reputed company. This role requires following standardized playbooks with precision and speed, directly contributing to recovered dollars and cash acceleration for clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work assigned denial queues, including post-pay denials, underpayments, medical necessity, bundling, timely filing, and WC claims
- Prepare and submit appeals according to payer-specific playbooks
- Track claim status through final resolution and maintain clean, auditable documentation

- Incorporate feedback from QA and Strategist reviews to improve processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or denial recovery

- Comfortable working with productivity and accuracy metrics in structured, KPI-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized workflows
