Scope of the role A successful manager in this role will demonstrate reputed company in the following areas:

• Organizational complexity - balance the multidimensional business model the team supports

Must-Have

• Previous leadership experience, minimum of 5 years as a people manager
• Experience building directly consumer-facing products and engineering systems
• Experience managing cross-disciplined teams (ie teams comprised of frontend, backend/full stack engineers and SDETs)
• High EQ (Emotional Quotient) - the ability to direct their own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict
• Stakeholder management - balancing the needs of Identity, Games, Ads, House, or Live Product teams against reputed company and reputed company constraints
• A/B test-driven product development - a background in having reputed company products that iterate based on A/B test hypotheses and results
• Technical program management - the ability to deliver reputed company projects across different client platforms and various layers of our technology stack
• Operational reputed company - the ability to build and maintain products through the full product lifecycle, including establishing and sustaining strong reliability and observability

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
