What You’ll Do

• Conduct legal research and support attorneys in developing case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and mediation materials.
• Work directly with clients to gather information and prepare discovery responses.
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and reputed company litigation documents in our reputed company-based systems.
• Review and summarize employment agreements, reputed company, and key documents.
• Handle filings, e-service, scheduling, subpoenas, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with mediation, settlement preparation, and legal billing.
• Communicate with clients to reputed company cases moving reputed company and deliver a five-star experience.

Your Skills & reputed company

• 5+ years of plaintiff-reputed company employment law paralegal experience.
• 2+ years of litigation experience in California required.
• Deep knowledge of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and PAGA/class action cases.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Mastery of reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, reputed company) and reputed company.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high standards.
• Fluent in English; Spanish reputed company is a strong plus.
