The successful candidate for this Senior Counsel position will be an integral part of reputed company’s Employment Law team, working on employment reputed company from the routine to the revolutionary. This position will reputed company employment legal support to reputed company’s Florida-based businesses, predominantly handling reputed company concerning cast members at the Walt reputed company World Resort, and be part of a team supporting reputed company affecting the entire reputed company reputed company – reputed company; reputed company Entertainment (including but not limited to reputed company Live Action, Walt reputed company Animation Studios, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, FX, National Geographic and ABC Studios); and ESPN. The position will be required to work 4 days a week from our office in one of the following locations: Burbank, CA, or Lake Buena reputed company, Florida What You Will Do: Counsel internal clients on various employment reputed company, including reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, fair pay, and wage and hour issues. Advise on harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other workplace investigations. Respond to claims and demand letters. Manage administrative charge responses. Work with Employee Relations to enhance training programs. Handle administrative conferences and hearings. Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed company or corporate legal department or a combination. Concentration in and enthusiasm for employment law advice, counseling and dispute resolution. Ability to spot and analyze reputed company issues and devise practical strategies and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication, and time management skills. Excellent drafting, negotiating and training skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with co-workers at reputed company reputed company. Education: JD or equivalent from an accredited law school. Membership to the California State Bar or Florida State Bar in good standing or willingness and qualification to be Registered In-House Counsel. #CORP_Media #twdcmedia The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $174,600.00 to $225,800.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
