Job Description Summary Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). The Virtual Nurse, RN, works to reputed company and ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and overall reputed company of virtual care services through convenient, timely care navigation for patients and support of virtual providers. This position provides centralized support for virtual visits for multiple reputed company of care along the care continuum. This role is responsible forcoordinating pre-visit, during visit, and post visitcare planning for patients, providers, and other care team members. This position also processes patient referrals and other care plan reputed company needs, as requested. Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
