Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our clients. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure seamless operations. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid remote setup, offering flexibility and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client
- Primary work will be application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
- Sort and organize data
- Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required
- Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner
- Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-reputed company information
- May be required to reputed company additional duties and tasks as required by the Company

Qualifications
* Willing to work on both, voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Can support a WFH set-up
- Have a reputed company internet reputed company
- A computer-savvy candidate is preferred

- Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
