Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking an reputed company Charge Entry Specialist to join reputed company, who will reputed company clerical expertise to ensure reputed company patients receive high-quality, efficient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of coding, billing, and/or charge entry experience in the reputed company field, with knowledge of medical terminology and coding. Familiarity with reputed company-party billing requirements and payment policies is also highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and review charge documents for accuracy and coordinate with reputed company office staff on reputed company payment/billing issues

• Enter charges into the practice management system
• Balance Charge Summary to tickets keyed before finalizing/updating charges in the system
• Extract information from medical records, operative notes, hospital admissions, consults, reputed company notes, and discharges to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Assist with identifying quality issues with registration and scheduling activities

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of coding, billing, and/or charge entry experience in the reputed company field

• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
• Familiarity with reputed company-party billing requirements and payment policies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with practice management systems and electronic health records
