Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Florida. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and internal partners
• Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders
• Verifying and reverifying benefits to ensure accurate processing
• Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
• Communicating and collecting copay amounts
• Obtaining authorizations and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues

Key Responsibilities
