Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigation Specialists to join our Fulfillment by arenaflex Support Operations team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As an Investigation Specialist, you'll be responsible for running investigations and reputed company research on reimbursement requests reputed company to losses occurred during FBA processes, analyzing data, and applying critical thinking to reputed company judgment. Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

* Fluent English and intermediate Spanish

• Experience with reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company
• Ability to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia ( relocation incentive available)

• Previous experience in a contact center environment
• Experience in problem solving, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated positive, results-oriented attitude
