Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Undertaking Occupational Rehabilitation assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
• Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to reputed company and implement effective rehabilitation plans
• Designing and implementing reputed company programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work reputed company
• Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to reputed company maximal work participation
• Understanding a variety of reputed company and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to reputed company their wellness and recovery goals

Qualifications

What you bring to the role?

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy
• Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.

• Confidence working independently in the community.
• Driver’s licence and vehicle required.
