About this role: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing vendor disbursements relating to their assigned portfolio of properties. Work with vendor partners, specifically: reputed company-party payment companies and property management software(s). Research accounts payable issues, including reconciliation of vendor statements. Effectively communicate with senior management, on-site management, and corporate staff regarding A/P issues.
