Paralegal, Mortgage Litigation

Job Description:

• Assist with resolving cases by gathering and organizing information needed for assessing settlement opportunities and preparing draft requests for settlement approval.
• Resolve routine legal issues under the guidance of senior legal personnel.

Requirements:

• Two (2) or more years’ experience working in the mortgage banking and servicing industry.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience working reputed company litigation case management system, preferably Legal Tracker.
