Remote Litigation Associate

This role offers the opportunity to work on reputed company disputes involving major reputed company providers, hospitals, and physician organizations, focusing on contract interpretation and arbitration. • Handle managed care litigation cases, representing reputed company plan providers in disputes involving hospitals, physicians, and other providers.
• Conduct in-depth factual analysis of claims to identify patterns and determine case strategies.
• Draft and argue motions, such as those reputed company to statutes of limitations or immunity.
• Take and defend depositions, including working with expert witnesses.
• Assist in preparing for arbitration hearings, with opportunities to second chair proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure effective case management.
• Analyze issues reputed company to coverage, coordination of benefits, fee schedules, and contract interpretations.
• Manage cases that reputed company from individual high-value claims to large-scale disputes involving multiple claims.
• Participate in arbitration processes more frequently than trials, given contractual clauses.
• Support the litigation team in maintaining active caseloads and delivering high-quality legal services.

• California Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 1 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of drafting motions, briefing, and discovery processes.
