The Role The Performance Media Strategist owns the planning, execution, and optimization of paid performance media across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company, with a clear mandate to drive profitable growth, efficient customer acquisition, and scalable performance frameworks. What You Will Own

  • Channel strategy, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy and Activation

  • Optimize toward core performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and MER, in partnership with account and strategy leads
  • Own budget pacing, bid strategies, audience structure, and platform level optimizations

Measurement, Insights, and Attribution

  • Analyze performance reputed company platform reported metrics to assess true business impact
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate attribution models, incrementality, and blended performance
  • Deliver clear insights and performance narratives to clients

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Retail Media, and Analytics teams
  • Support client conversations with confident, data backed recommendations

  • Contribute to internal process improvements and operating standards

Qualifications

  • 4-7 plus years of hands-on experience managing paid media across reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company
  • Strong understanding of auctions, bidding, audiences, and creative performance reputed company
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets with clear accountability for reputed company
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced, client facing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands

  • Understanding of blended performance metrics and full funnel measurement
  • Prior agency experience managing multiple clients
