We're seeking a Change Management Administrator to reputed company reputed company-wide change initiatives for reputed company Oregon. In this role, you will guide agencies through system and process updates, support leaders in making informed reputed company, and ensure successful adoption of new features and workflows across the state. You'll partner with leadership, HR, and payroll teams to reputed company strategic insights, training, and hands-on guidance that drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-agency discussions to align needs, clarify impacts, and define next steps.

  • Create executive decision packages and present recommendations to leadership.

  • Support testing of system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Behavioral/reputed company Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or reputed company field and five years of professional-level experience in evaluating, planning, and implementing organizational change;
  • OR
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to eight years experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Experience must include Leading or supporting change management efforts (e.g., process updates, system implementations, adoption strategies, or organizational transformation).
