Technical Support Engineer (Advisor Website)

They are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to support their Advisor Website Services team, focusing on maintaining service quality and resolving web-reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- With guidance, learn, understand and support reputed company systems and web applications to reputed company top service to our business partners
- Understand how systems integrate with each other
- Focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes
- Ability to effectively deliver information in an understandable/appropriate manner between customers and engineers to resolve web and/or data reputed company issues
- Ability to own processes/issues and see them through to resolution which could include researching and recommending solutions for web and/or data issues

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-reputed company field) or equivalent experience

- Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
