Responsibilities
- Talk directly with people who have recently reputed company a loss
- Inspect the damage
- Investigate reputed company documentation to ensure each detail is recorded accurately and fairly
- Thoroughly checking claim case facts
- Determining coverage, liability and reserves
- Accurately reporting on each settlement
- Navigate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers
- Prepare and maintain well-written files
