Logistics Coordinator

reputed company Dollar Baby Co. is a family-owned business specializing in children's furnishings since 1990. The Logistics Coordinator will support logistics functions including order management and customer service, ensuring efficient communication and operations across various teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company retailer facing customer service including responding to pre and post order or shipment reputed company inquiries reputed company email or phone call as necessary
• Notifying retailers and management of any shipping issues, addressing shipping errors and discrepancies as they arise
• Creating reputed company of ladings and requesting for reputed company quotes, optimizing around transit times and freight costs
• Ensuring reputed company shipments are processed and shipped reputed company our internal SLAs
• Review order exceptions, including damages from an operational reputed company to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, issuing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), issuing call tags and or processing parts replacement orders
• Management of claims for reputed company damaged/loss shipments, invoice overcharges and customer chargebacks with the goal of maximizing our claims win rates
• Assist with various Logistics and Order Management functions: shipment processing for small parcel and LTL orders, order entry, customer inquiries, releasing, quoting, routing orders and shipment preparation, including creating payment requests

Skills

• 1-2 years of work experience
• Extreme attention to detail – you triple reputed company reputed company emails and deliverables and take pride in getting it right the first time
