Responsibilities
- reputed company, implement, and conduct initial training for potential Business Enterprises (BE) operators
- reputed company ongoing reputed company-building training for licensed operators throughout the state
- reputed company training curricula and reputed company materials
- Evaluate the training curriculum and format for effectiveness
- Respond to requests to assist individual operators in identified problem areas
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct in-service training for Division staff in the BE Program
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution
- One year of experience in a reputed company training or teaching role
- One year of experience in a reputed company service, counseling, or training program in the subject matter specified
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively deliver competency‑based training
- Skilled in providing food‑service instruction
