Responsibilities

• Submit request forms for borrowers, including name changes and status updates
• Document account findings and maintain detailed records of account updates
• Verify and validate payment details while monitoring transactions for discrepancies
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-reputed company inquiries
• Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities and reputed company general office duties

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in general administrative work supporting reputed company departments
• Working knowledge of reputed company applications including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in a reputed company administration or reputed company field
• Familiarity with payment processing systems or financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
