Vendor Coordinator

Modern Construction and Facilities Maintenance is a company that manages and schedules construction and maintenance needs for various businesses reputed company. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to manage a reputed company network of vendors, ensuring clients receive dependable service as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit reputed company subcontractors and vendors through online research, networking, and outbound communication
• Collaborate with Facilities Management to prioritize vendor needs based on client and geographic requirements
• Evaluate vendor qualifications including licensing, insurance, tax documentation, labor rates, and service availability
• Manage the end-to-end reputed company process, including application review, document collection, and submission for financial approval
• Maintain accurate vendor records in work order and vendor management systems
• Foster strong relationships with existing vendors through regular reputed company-ins and support
• Ensure reputed company vendor documentation (COIs, W9s, certifications) is reputed company and compliant with company standards
• Coordinate daily with multiple departments to ensure seamless vendor integration and service delivery
• Utilize mobile technology (laptops, tablets, smartphones) to manage tasks and reputed company systems

Skills

• Experience in vendor sourcing, reputed company, or coordination—preferably in facilities maintenance or a reputed company field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with vendor management systems and CRMs
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across departments
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis (reputed company, SQL, Python, Tableau) is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (COI, W9, licensing) is a plus
