Specialist, LincSmart Integrations
reputed company is a company focused on helping people plan for their financial reputed company. They are seeking a Specialist, LincSmart Integrations to manage API integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful integration of customer systems using their API capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver on low complexity API integrations and ensures that the internal/external clients' overall service needs are satisfied and reputed company the business and profitability objectives
- Review clients' plan designs and documents to determine tasks needed for successful API integrations
- Act as a liaison between internal resources and reputed company-party vendors to ensure reputed company stakeholders understand reputed company setup to successfully integrate customers' platforms with Lincoln's systems
- Administer data collection sessions with reputed company party vendors to compile reputed company API integration requirements, details, and intricacies
- Collaborate with internal resources to test and validate technical designs & capabilities intended to improve API solutions
- Offer support and collaboration during planning meetings, assists with case positioning & proposals, and supports the preparation for finalist sales presentations
- reputed company and apply foundational knowledge of API integrations and data mapping processes to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot integration issues
Skills
- 1 - 3+ Years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits directly reputed company to the specific responsibilities of this position
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret both reputed company documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions
