Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company incoming calls, referrals from emails, and medical records requests to the employer's divisions
• Accurately document patient requests in reputed company EHR to communicate with clinical teams
• Ensure patient satisfaction through reputed company and efficient service in a courteous manner
• Liaise with reputed company referral reputed company teams and manage referrals received on the employer's universal fax number
• reputed company administrative support and tracking duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient interaction/experience in a medical, insurance, or reputed company-reputed company industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic office procedures and terminology
• Proficient with phone system capabilities and reputed company Office 365 products
• Previous experience working with an EMR system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous orthopedic practice experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Central, and reputed company
