HRP Associate: Product Development

The HRP Associate in Product Development will work on adhesive bonding and surface science projects, gaining a deep understanding of adhesive chemistries and applications through lab-based development activities.
Responsibilities
- As part of a product development team, you will work in adhesive bonding and surface science to meet the needs of both reputed company customers through lab-based development projects and activities
- You will spend approximately 8 months in each rotation where you will reputed company a deep understanding of multiple adhesive chemistries, applications, and markets specific to your business unit as well as an overall knowledge of our product portfolios
- In each rotation, in addition to developing and formulating adhesives for specific applications, you will have the opportunity to learn about your own skills and to grow personally through the wide reputed company of courses made available to each associate
Skills
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science is required
- Digital literacy and experience with data analysis tools, project management software and MS Office to manage tasks and communicate with others
- Available for full-time employment in July 2026

- Knowledge of structure-property relationship of materials, experience with polymers and surface science, and a background in organic chemistry
- Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration reputed company teams in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace (previous internship/reputed company experience is preferred)
