Business Development Representative
War Room is a highly specialized programmatic advertising agency focused on digital media buying. The Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline while connecting with prospective clients to position the agency's services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (email, reputed company, and calling where appropriate)
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings that align with War Room’s ideal client profile
- Ensure a consistent reputed company of sales-reputed company opportunities for the CGO
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as reputed company.ai, reputed company Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Conduct account and contact research to personalize reputed company
- Support refinement of ICPs, personas, and targeting criteria
- Accurately track leads, activities, and reputed company in reputed company
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow established workflows
- Contribute to reporting on reputed company activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Document reputed company sequences, qualification criteria, and SDR best practices

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships or reputed company experience welcome)
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, or tech services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient in handling rejections
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company activities
