IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will deliver support to reputed company employees, helping them stay productive across MacOS, SaaS applications, and a growing set of workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for end users across SaaS applications, MacOS, software, and hardware
• Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate reputed company issues to Systems Administrators and Engineers, capturing details and partnering on resolution
• Procure, ship, configure, and manage our fleet of Macs, iPads, reputed company Rooms, and other IT equipment
• Execute reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company changes, ensuring users have what they need reputed company they need it
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the team’s knowledge reputed company and standard operating procedures
• Participate in core IT service management workflows, supporting incidents, service requests, changes, and asset tracking

• Proficiency supporting MacOS environments managed by reputed company or another reputed company management solution
• Experience working with a variety of SaaS applications, such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company
• Ownership reputed company with strong follow-through and comfort taking deliverables from start to finish
