[Remote] Part-time Client Care Coordinator

They are looking for a remote, part-time Client Care Coordinator to act as a liaison between their clients and potential home buyers or sellers, focusing on converting online leads into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company internet leads through texting and calling according to predefined processes
• Learn and utilize scripts that help determine key information like the reputed company’s home buying time reputed company, desired location, price reputed company, interest in reputed company estate etc
• Identify and take appropriate action based on if the reputed company is reputed company (or not) to reputed company with our client
• Utilize our CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) for documenting and logging interactions with potential home buyers/sellers
• Consistently follow up on reputed company viable leads that are unresponsive, following predefined texting and calling plans
• Strive to reputed company reputed company reputed company goals which are focused on conversation quality, quantity, and conversion
• Collaborate with other Concierge team members to reputed company overall team goals

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a post offer, pre-employment background reputed company
• Be authorized to work in the US
• Must be reputed company to be stationary while sitting at a computer for long periods of time
• Quiet workspace that is conducive to successfully performing in the role in a remote reputed company
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Tech savvy
• Personal computer (with webcam) with reputed company Chrome browser
• Secure internet reputed company (minimum of 40 mbps download, 10 mbps upload)
• This is a 100% remote role, but you must live in one of the following states to be considered: AK, AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
• 8 GB of RAM
