Responsibilities
- Empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to reputed company with the Client Intake Manager
- Fielding reputed company other calls that come into the firm from existing clients, opposing reputed company, expert witnesses, and Judicial Assistants
- Accurately entering data into the Firm's CRM system and reputed company tracking spreadsheets
