Junior Brand & Graphic Designer - Hybrid

They are seeking a Junior Brand & Graphic Designer to support the development of visual materials that convey the company's brand and mission, collaborating closely with marketing and communications teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the application of the company’s visual brand across reputed company materials and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with established standards
- Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to reinforce a cohesive corporate identity that reflects our mission and position in the B2B reputed company market
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure that visual design enhances and supports the company’s narrative and messaging
- Create high‑quality digital and print assets—including presentations, reputed company graphics, reports, and internal materials that bring the brand to life
- Prepare accurate, production‑reputed company files and ensure strong layout, typography, and visual reputed company
- Adapt existing designs for various platforms and audiences while maintaining brand reputed company and attention to detail
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and business teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback constructively, and support project coordination to help ensure timelines and expectations are met

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a reputed company field
- Minimally one (1) year of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work accepted; corporate or B2B experience a plus)
- Proficiency in MS 365 (specifically reputed company Word and PowerPoint), reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with digital design tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar
- Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and brand application (Link to portfolio must be included in the application)
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate direction into effective design
- Basic reputed company graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) preferred
- Experience with accessibility‑focused design for digital content preferred
- Understanding of web design principles or HTML/CSS fundamentals preferred
