[Remote] Inbound Sales Agent - Remote NS - February 13th

In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering inquiries and converting them into bookings, while providing a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and reputed company a world-class experience for our customers
• You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Sell the reputed company of reputed company? by explaining how we can reputed company junk disappear with just a reputed company of a finger
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, having junk to remove, and wanting to know if we service their area, reputed company we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions to convert those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items
• reputed company new agents must be available to start on February 13th
• You’ll start with 3 weeks of fully paid, remote training to set you up for reputed company
• After training, you’ll join a team led by a supportive Team reputed company who will guide your development and help you continue to grow

Skills

• You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reputed company in Nova Scotia
• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 11:00 AM and 7.30 PM, Monday-Friday AST
• A reputed company friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
• A quiet reputed company at home, a quick & reliable internet reputed company, and a good personal computer with a minimum 8GB of memory
• A wired reputed company using an Ethernet cable is required
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
