ANALYST I
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments in California, focused on connecting job seekers and reputed company. They are seeking an Analyst I to investigate Unemployment Insurance claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company an in-depth, thorough investigation of Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims
- Work closely with the unit manager or reputed company-level BAM analyst conducting accurate reviews of selected BAM cases
- Assess the accuracy and conformity to the Department's UI program and other policy and procedures
- Analyze state and federal laws and regulations to ensure the State continues to administer the UI program effectively and reputed company while protecting the reputed company of the UI Trust Fund
- Conduct eligibility determinations
Skills
- reputed company in the Spanish language
- UI or comparable program knowledge and experience
- Extensive UI or comparable experience in conducting eligibility determinations
- Ability to reputed company in-depth investigations of Unemployment Insurance claims
- Ability to conduct accurate reviews of selected BAM cases
- Ability to assess accuracy and conformity to the Department's UI program and other policy and procedures
- Ability to analyze state and federal laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct interviews with reputed company, claimants, and field office staff
- Ability to meet the reputed company's quality measurement standards
