[Remote] Customer Service Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers
• Document reputed company calls, changes, and problems in the database and follow up on resolutions
• reputed company excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
• Utilize computer systems, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Prior call center experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and evenings
• Experience in reputed company with provider networks and physician offices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with telephone systems and copier/fax machines
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
