Technical Support Representative, Specialist

They are seeking a Technical Support Representative to reputed company Tier I technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with software and hardware-reputed company concerns.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company computer and system reputed company concerns. Review incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal, sort and prioritize for proper action
- Provides Tier I technical support for software, hardware and network problem resolution for clients by performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through reputed company-by-reputed company solutions
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- reputed company timely and accurate customer feedback
- Uses automated information systems to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Resolves problems or escalates to senior technical support as necessary
- Supports users by fulfilling individual requests for information and/or training in the utilization of the various software used reputed company the company
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Conducts technical research for reputed company of information required in support of requests reputed company to ongoing programs
- Instruct users in the use of PCs and networks
- Interacts with other team members, such as network services, software engineering, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct the core problem
Skills
- US Citizenship
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance; Active federal background investigation with a T5 adjudication is preferred
- Requires High School diploma
- Requires 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Must reputed company near Loveland, CO
- Prior experience in technical support or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Well-rounded working knowledge of IT concepts and best practices
