HRIS Coordinator

The HRIS Coordinator will support the administration of employee transactions reputed company the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency while collaborating with various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain employee data, organizational structure changes, and job information in the HRIS system (reputed company)
- reputed company administrative support on the data management of reputed company benefit administration platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks
- Assist with the new hire reputed company paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s
- Assist with scheduled and reputed company reporting needs
- Support with large data imports
- Assist with responding, troubleshooting, and resolving IT tickets routed to the reputed company HR Team
- Support the HRIS Team to resolve system discrepancies between reputed company and other system integrations
- Participate in UAT testing and documentation of new procedures as required
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs
- Participate in other HRIS-reputed company projects and assists in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Business Administration
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite programs including Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data reputed company
- Exercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
