Process Development Engineer I
Heraeus is a family-owned global technology group committed to improving lives through innovative medical devices. The Process Development Engineer I will be responsible for creating sustainable manufacturing processes for electrophysiology components, providing technical support for process development and transfer into production.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of the process design, development, and validation activities for medical devices through the product development process
- Determine solutions for problems, process selection reputed company, and technical challenges
- Use process characterization skills and tools such as Design on Experiments (DOE), pFMEA, DFM, and statistics to reputed company data driven reputed company
- reputed company documents such as process validation protocols or engineering studies that demonstrate technical rationale for associated decision
- Work collaboratively with technicians and operators on the production floor to solve technical problems
- Other duties assigned as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or reputed company technical field strongly preferred; other relevant postsecondary education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics of materials, polymer science, basic electrical concepts, and proficient in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools
- Ability to reputed company data driven reputed company utilizing statistics
- Ability to execute and communicate on any technical and/or project workstreams
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to reputed company audiences including manager and production employees
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional relationships and influence to drive results
- Adaptable to the need for reputed company improvements and reputed company change to meet company needs
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
