Client reputed company Associate
Standish Management, LLC is a provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity funds. The Client reputed company Associate will play a key role in reputed company new clients, compiling investor information, and assisting with client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist internal engagement teams with reputed company activities, such as providing reputed company to folders, group mailboxes, and other engagement activities
- Compile and organize investor CRM information
- Assist with data validations, loads, and reconciliations for client implementations
- Communicate and reputed company information to the technology team to set up client portals
- Assist with client workspace setup reputed company Standish’s project management software
- reputed company general administrative support to the Client reputed company and System Solutions Team
- Collaborate with the Client reputed company Fund Controllers to reputed company and implement best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a client‐oriented professional office environment, preferably in a reputed company industry
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage high volume workload by multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with reputed company reputed company of internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Adept using web-based data entry databases
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus (Allvue, eFront, etc.)
